Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Win With God C.I.C The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Standard UK delivery for non-print on demand items is 3-5 Business Days, starting from the next business day after order is placed. due to the recent mail disruptions, we have changed our delivery to 3-7 Business days

Print on demand items will take longer equalling 7-10 Business days, as they need to be produced after the order has been placed. Although there might be slight delays again due to recent events concerning mail disruptions so allow up to 10 Business day (14 for print on demand) before contacting us concerning your parcel.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control).

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Win With God C.I.C is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@winwithgod.org right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery Charge:

Standard Delivery

Orders up to £40 (UK mainland and Northern Ireland) - £3.95

Orders up to £40 and over (UK mainland and Northern Ireland only) - Free

All orders for Channel Islands and Isle of Man - £3.95

Rest of World (Non-EU) - £20.

UK Express Delivery (aims to deliver within 2 working days for orders placed before 1pm - and for non-print on demand items only)

For UK mainland - £7.50

For print on demand items, we can express it to you once order is ready to be shipped.
